The Cotton Factory

Daisychain Inns opened their brand new £2.5m flagship venue in a converted Grade II listed building in the heart of Huddersfield. The much acclaimed venue will raise the standard of bars on offer in the area.

A year in the making, the team at Space designed every aspect of The Cotton Factory and have created a fresh new look for bar interiors. The 10,000 sq.ft. venue consists of four individually designed bars that include an opulent member’s lounge and a late night bar which will host leading dj’s.

The design scheme flows from bar to bar with an eclectic mix of 60’s opulence, retro and traditional styles. Design features include a traditional bar counter with decorative pewter bar top with chandeliers above, set against a backdrop of the original listed brick wall.

Original designer furniture has been imported from Italy, Sweden and Finland. Wallpapers and other finishes have been sourced from America and around the globe. The toilets are a big talking point themselves with one block decorated in wallpaper designed by the king of retro, Karim Rashid.
